Alligator shears are designed to cut all kinds of scrap with hydraulic force. Steel, aluminum, copper, zinc, lead, etc. are the most common used materials for cutting. For longevity performance, the cylinder rods, which are especially ‘’hard chrome plated’’ for resistance against any damage, are induction hardened in order to maintain the maximum strength. In Proses Makina, Uddeholm blades and ‘Bosch Rexroth’ hydraulic system are preferred. All electrical and electronic equipment are ‘Siemens’ and ‘Schneider’. CE and EAC certificate are available.
